Some better photos

While this is the best time of year to undertake a remodeling project, I hardly ever see the 'Ground Floor' during daylight. Here's a few pics I took yesterday that will give a better view of the work done to date.

The bar area. I think we've finally got a good plan for the bar. After using tape to mark out everything on the floor, we realized there was less space than originally thought, so we are going to build out the knee wall about 6 inches from the stairwall (not flush as in the mock-ups in the previous thread). This will leave room for both a bar sink, an undercounter beverage cooler (fridge), and possibly a beer fountain (to highlight the home-brewing hobby).
