Getting closer to the end

Been making some progress since returning from vacation. Here is where things stand on the Ground Floor Project

Base trim being stained and poly'd



Vent grills, in-wall surround speakers and speaker grills being spray-painted to match walls



Even more base trim being finished, as well as completed cold-air return and furnace combustion-air vents spray painted and installed - makes this wall look better





I insulated the mechanical room walls and sheet-rocked over, not for insulation, but for noise-proofing. Lots of network work to do once the building is complete.



Bathroom tile and grouting work mostly complete. I need to clean up residual grout and then seal it.



Next up: Shopping for the bar countertop & sink, as well as the bath vanity top. After that, the final major work is getting flooring installed.
