Bar area is done - framing is complete

Here are some daylight pictures of the bar/kitchenette area. Daylight, as in why we don't really call this a basement and instead 'Ground Floor'.



The framing for the bar area under the stairs is complete. The horizontal supports are bracing for wall cabinets that will be installed later. The upper rear of the cabinets will slide into the area under the stairs on both sides of the stair joist, hence they will sit back much farther than could normally be done due to the slope under the stairs. The blue tape shows where the cabinets/countertop will be.
