After a 7 month hiatus......

The Ground Floor Project is back underway. Next up: Plumbing. This will consist of:

1. Running new water lines IN the I-Beam that runs down the center of the house, thus shortening the width of the soffit that I need to build
2. Running new lines to: new Bathroom, new Bar Area, and to the Garage for a utility sink.
3. Installing the needed drains as well.

I'm currently purchasing the tools (got a cool HEX Crimp Tool) as well as the various PEX plumbing and PVC drain pipes that are needed. Also placed a special order for a Utility Sink for the garage - had to get a small one that would fit where the shoe rack currently sits. The plan is to open the other side of the wall in the basement staircase in order to run the water lines and the drain pipe. More to come!
